Four Day Meal Plan for Solo Trip

Day 1:
• Breakfast- ON THE ROAD
• Lunch- Bagels with deli meat, cheese,
• Dinner- Sausage on a bun, White wine, flakie
Day 2:
• Breakfast- Protien/Oatmeal, coffee
• Lunch- Bagel, bacon, cheese
• Dinner- Side Kick/ TVP, White wine
Day 3:
• Breakfast- Protein/Oatmeal, coffee
• Lunch- Tuna Wraps,
• Dinner- Side Kick/ TVP, White wine
Day 4:
• Breakfast- Protein/Oatmeal , coffee
• Lunch- English Muffin, Bacon
Snacks:
• Jerky
• Dehydrated Mango,
• Flakies
• Granola Bars
• Oatmeal/Protein
Liquids:
• Coffee
• Crystal Light
• GORP
